ANITEC's most proactive and outstanding members form part of exclusive counsel - the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors is chosen once a year, at the closing of the year, by a votation process in which all ANITEC members participate voluntarily. First each ANITEC member names up to 2 nominees for each place, and 1 week later a formal anonimous election is held.
